Many good projects are bleached and becomes bad, many supposedly successfully projects are not really successfully but they just Lack Professional Evaluation techniques. There are many things that Contribute to this situation in Project Management and today I will point out one of the prominent thing which will
help you get rid of this phenomenon.

During preparation of the Projects at its early stages most Stakeholders concentrates on ensuring that Materials and Monetary resources are available at supposedly required amount to run the project BUT very few remembers about who will Manage the Projects.

Usually Project Manager is randomly picked up at the end without considering his Competencies and Experience in Executing projects. This is affecting many projects.

What will Project Manager do for you?
It is very Important to understand that Project Management is a profession, and the Professionals from this Field have their way of doing things in set Standards and Ethics.

Project Manager will be required to do the Following:-
 Leading and Managing Project Team.
 Recruiting Project Staffs and Consultants.
 Monitoring Project Progress and Performance.
 Managing consultancy input within the defined budget
 Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
 Liaise with Project Board giving updates on the Project Progress.

NOTE: These responsibilities are very crucial to the Survival of the Project and it is Important to know that not anyone can do these but it requires a Project Management Professional. Please ensure that Project Manager is identified by His/Her Competencies and nothing else, and there shold be ample time in this process so that you do not rush to a poor and Inexperienced Project Mangers.
